In case your keys get lost or if your leave your keys inside the property, an extracharge of 50 Euros will be applied to you in case this happens in working hours and a an extracharge of 75 Euros will be applied to you in case this happens out of working hours. The new keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.
