Spanish legislation requires pet owners to have civil liability insurance for their pets, and you must send a copy to the property manager via email. The pet fee is €35 per day and per animal, while the special disinfection and anti-allergy treatment fee is €90 per stay.

A €500 damage deposit will be required. The property will charge this amount a few days before arrival via credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected.
